I want to be able to stop feeling anxious about living in my own home. Like I'm constantly on edge and just can't ever be comfortable. It's just become super clear I'm not wanted here. I just want to make my friends happy, it seems removing myself from existence might be the way to do that now.

Whether you know it or not, there are people who love you and would miss you if you weren’t here. Things will get better, I promise. Go to a nearby park and pat the dogs. Smile at the owners and explain you love dogs but aren’t allowed one. Ignore any grumpy people- most dog people will understand 💕
