Yeah honestly I feel like a lot of folks aren't even prepared when they adopt dogs. My friend got a corgi because Cute but I don't think she really understood what she was getting into.

Oh, definitely! It doesn't help that most people pick dogs bc "they look cool" and not bc of their characteristics... I used to be guilty of that, I always wanted a husky bc of how pretty they are. Then I learned about all the challenges this breed comes with... welp, I don't want one anymore 😂
