A "manual" sounds like a fun idea! I could totally see supps being used, especially if heat & rut hormones are different. Like maybe it's easier to use heat stims to bitch but rut supps also work, it just takes more time. Use the supps & feed your alpha foods that encourage heats or something.

My absolute basic understanding of hormones/chemistry leads me to believe it could be a substance that is similar enough to heat hormones that it binds to its receptors & which prevents the hormone from binding which prevents the heat from happening. Try looking up the terms agonist/antagonist.
