Normally I like Silkie, but this time I didn't connect with the whiskey at all. Seemed to be one of the days you are not in the right mood for a certain type of whiskey.

My favourite whiskey of the evening was the second one from Connacht, a distillery exclusive. A lot of Christmas spices. Some said it tastes like German Christmas.
