Yes, but the difference with those mods is that they're reversible and add functionality back. These are purely subtractive. If the appeal here is an authentic Saturn experience, why butcher authentic hardware? There's zero benefits here over just plugging the Saroo into a stock console.

Agreed, wish they sold it as a kit, because I do find these kind of cool looking, but I'd want to buy a broken Saturn and do it myself
