Would Dodge for melee attacks skew the importance of Dodge compared to the other two? If I'm pumping Dodge, I can't really be touched.

Hey TTRPG fans and designers! Question: Are 3 avoidance stats too many? And should Dodge or Fortitude be rolled for avoiding/blocking a melee physical blow? I had Will and Dodge to split magic/melee but needed a way to resist poison and physical restraints.
