I have so many feelings about this from my time at telltale and seeing how many people would lead one episode of a series and then start slinging around the “Lead Writer” “Lead Designer” titles on their socials and resumes.

On point! That’s awkward to see people that have a tittle of Senior/lead with more or less 1-2 years of career… like ??? I mean, that’s possible, but it’s extremely exceptional, seniority is not about the quality of work only, but a bunch of other things also that takes time to gather.
