Oh, no, they get arrested by police, and if proven guilty of breaking a law, they go to prison. There are laws in the US, especially referring to drugs, that are racist, but that's *law*, not policing. You're aiming at the entirely wrong institution.

People are very rarely proven guilty of anything. The vast majority of criminal cases do not go to trial. A guilty verdict also does not imply actual guilt. White people use illegal drugs at rates at least as high as Black people. You have once again not thought this through.
