I just saw a YouTube video where a guy recommended rebooting your Windows computer regularly because leaving it running as long as *8 hours* could "harm your components." The comments were appropriate and unforgiving. But I had to see. The uptime on my MacBook? 151 days. I'm... not proud of that.
My computer's a 2013 MacBook Pro and has been my *only* computer for the past *ten* years.
