Is a rocker plate worth ?

Definitely. Doesn't need to be anything fancy either. Mine was just some scraps of wood and foam I had. Cut the wood down, glued some foam to it and attached it with zip ties. Just enough movement to take the pressure off and give it some movement. Makes it quieter too.
