I am a lifelong insomniac and this shit would have me in a stupor if not knocked out. Zero reason to ever be giving melatonin and GABA to children without a doctor's orders, this is bananas

giving melatonin to kids in a school setting is WILD. melatonin for kids is not FDA approved! sleep supplements in general aren't FDA approved! in many countries you can't even buy melatonin for ADULTS without a prescription! i'm truly flabbergasted by this
