Hi Nick, they’re one and the same thing! ‘Polish’ Swans are leucistic. The leucistic gene is just quite common in Mute Swans. As only 1 is white then it is likely that only the ad male has the gene as if the female had it too they’d all be white. If only the female had the gene they’d all be grey 👍🏻
