where's that one? the first things that come to mind are a tree growing in front of the sign, or (probably more likely for Jan.) being trimmed out from in front of the camera. (otoh, if that's the general/aggregate counter, it might be bc a whooole lot of new cameras came online over the winter.)

CT and Macomb, in front of the Cleveland Park library. I've been interested in whether adding a few speed cameras on the corridor is enough to reduce speeds and crashes, or if (as I suspect) physical rebuilding of the road is necessary
