I know better than to listen to people like that, thankfully. But like... Yeah, it's a really shitty way to be. It costs nothing to be kind, and I'm gonna keep commenting when I like someone's hard work.

My problem is I've been directly told the exact opposite of this by a few artists I used to admire. Like their words, "comments are creepy because I didn't ask for your validation." I wish I was exaggerating :|

I'm of the mind that blocking doesn't *need* a reason. Anyone has the right to block anyone for any or no reason, up to and including they just don't feel happy in my presence. And yet I feel you, because hi, social skills of a molting cicada over here. I'd like to grow up, if I only knew HOW. ._.

Protip, they H A T E it when you tell them to get a new gimmick and that everyone's already figured them out. As in, most will go out of their way not only to block you but also spread your name around to privately make fun of. I've had like three or four since joining and none since, as a result.
