I hear this so much! Iāve been fortunate to be able to schedule physical therapies on Fridays. Between my home program and 1x/week PT I need the weekend to recover. These days my Saturdays are šÆ for me - sleep, rest and recovery!
When I was teaching bird banding, we were processing a Stellerās jay when a person from the east coast declared it his favorite bird. After release it called loudly & he asked OMG what is that?!? I was like, THAT is your favorite bird! Now, whenever I hear them I smile at that delightful memory šŖ¶
