My discord voted for more #Unknown9Awakening, but eh...I might have finished the main story until next Friday ๐ sponsored game. This is such a lovely adventure. Gameplay feels like the Tomb Raider games, but with superpowers
At some point there still will have to be a line, otherwise the entire world ends up being a gamedev. Semanics, but semantics are interesting
It's always interesting to hear others thoughts, but I got curious where you then draw the line where it counts as "being a gamedev". Like I have a relative with education for chatacter &environment design, but she has never worked on a game, then would she count?
Then the next questions would be... if I voice a character for an indie game char, am I a dev? Am I not a dev if I do the same work but I'm not paid? If its a code? If it's character art?
Nopes, I've also done several playtests, both for gameplay and bugs for several different companies. So that's where you draw the line, an ongoing contract with the company?
I was in a showcase presenting a game, would you think I'd qualify as calling myself a gamedev
hmm, PR managers and CMs don't really help with the production of the game. They're their own class, but still very important to the game industry ofc. I think the problem is some act like others are less important when everyone is important
So excited to announce that tonight I will be streaming #Unknown9Awakening, with a sponsored deluxe gamekey! I've been super excited for this game ever since the first reveal. Stealth, POWERS, female protagonist. Everything I'd want.
