Pretty much the last 30 years of federal Labor is a litany of failure and cowardice to be anything other than a pale imitation of the Liberal party. Stacked to the roof with careerists without any core political principles except being slightly less shit than the other party.

They were complicit in the abuse and torture of imprisoned refugees for years through their silence. When they stopped doing the right and decent thing because of political games well that was that. Started with Beazley as I recall.
