Comet Tsuchinshan-ATLAS from Chicago last night. Fortunate to have gotten a brief break in the clouds to see it - I had canceled plans to do photography outside the city due to the forecast. Surprised how easy it was to see despite the glare from the streetlights!

I received a last minute notice that the local astronomy club was showing the comet to folks at the waterfront I went down and it was clear enough even my phone was able to capture a pic
