I think I found my new faculty photo.

We harvested our garden over the weekend, so the kid made us a pumpkin family that lives on our table. Left to right: daddy, kid, me. The dog is the tiny one in front.

I'm gonna hang this on my wall.

Thanks to all the people who provide honest feedback on others' work. My current grant proposal is already much better because of colleagues who critiqued my first attempt. My motto is: "harsh criticisms now lead to more money later." (Here's hoping!)
