If it were my project I'd use a glass pen which can be cleaned easily. If you asked me which ink? I'd do diamine writers blood for the poetics of it. Or if you want it to stay red, I like ferris wheel press's crimson with gold shimmer which I am blanking on the name.
Blood + ink is more likely to get you the results you want. Overall blood is pretty chunky and straight it clots too quickly for good ink flow. If you can do a few drops in a good water based ink you'll likely be happier with the results.
Wonderful news Mark! Thank you for your long support of this project. I know it's been a journey.
Big announcement today: A long empty landmark church on W. 96th St overlooking Central Park is going to be brought back to life as the new, expanded, modern home of the Children’s Museum of Manhattan. Will be a dynamic learning lab for kids from all backgrounds and all neighborhoods. Opening 2028.
Thank you for your service!
On that note, would anyone like to buy some cool stuff!? 😅 I have all my colourful moth prints listed now! 👀✨ abistevens.etsy.com#bsnm#ArtShop#ArtistSupport
Ok then "I'm saying if you say a thing, make sure it's true" was an inappropriate response to Rena's post.
Not the same. US "tipped" workers only earn $2-ish per hour and the rest of their wage is tips. They need tips to make rent and feed their families. In the UK and EU tips are considered extra income for a job well done, not obligatory or the person serving you will starve.
I am sighted, but I read mostly on the subway. Photos don't load between stations but the alt text does. I'm text-only about 80% of the time I'm on blue sky. If I could make one change I would make alt text required for every image here.
