I honestly don't understand what you propose as transportation to the hospital then. Because unless I'm in danger of dying I'm not paying $1000 for an ambulance.

I'm not proposing anything. All I asked about was who was paying for the parking. That it's not free. Those costs are going to go somewhere. If the argument is we should all pay for parking for everyone who goes to a hospital, all the visitors in the waiting room. Thats fine.

Or you're just saying people who are injured should get an extra charge on top of their hospital bill for parking. Which seems like the PETTIEST of grievances in the grand scheme of things.
