Fantastic list, as always! I’ve never been a girl, so I’m only reporting the reactions of my students. But at least some of them thought Pyewacket and Hellbender captured some of this space when I taught my horror class

I really appreciated "It Follows" When I was a kid my Mom worked at the health dept. and while my parents talked to me zero times about sex there were STD pamphlets all over the house where I would find them. At 14 I just became kind of paranoid & never wanted to date all through HS.
