LRS: some of you know I had a large benign tumor removed from my breast in July. Although it was not malignant, its growth since getting long COVID was exponential, and its presence was incredibly painful. I will need regular screenings for life. Long COVID impacts systems you didn’t know you had.

The song’s lyrical structure and inspiration melody is that of the Irish folksong I have been learning to play on my own harp, “Eibhlín á Rún” (Eileen Aroon; I rec. the Clancy Bros. or Gráinne Yeats’ version!), but I have altered the melody semi-significantly I think… Hopefully I can record soon!
