The comedian Dana Gould once tweeted how no one talks about Rush Limbaugh since he died, and concluded that the man made absolutely zero contribution to humanity that would warrant a legacy. He was just an asshole, and there was plenty of those to replace him once he was gone.

They are all in management, or since most of them can't even rise that far out of the baseline muck, their chief job description would be "bootlicker for management."

Right wing outrage has progressed to the point where it is self perpetuating. The spin doctors at Faux News and the GOP should be congratulated. Recognizing that the truth is fungible, they set out to make their bigotry and stupidity mainstream. They’ve succeeded wildly.
