Horses are like big dogs and their owners should pick up horse manure just like dog owners pick up dog poop. It’s not just urban parks/street that are affected. Horse manure fouls many trails in forest preserves and other such parks outside the urban core.

The “disdain” is for folks who loudly dis “socialism” and the “Feds” but live in areas supported by way more federal spending and services like FEMA, NWS, Medicare, CHIPS, etc., than they contribute in GDP and tax revenue.
