The SEC filing is damning. They have the receipts. Much of the dialogue is out of context. But it won’t matter in the court of public opinion.

I think it depends upon MTTR. If you have time to analyze and research a situation, then use whatever tool(s) work for you. If you need to get to an answer fast, you will want fewer clicks.
