here’s a little more context as well. tennessee senator marsha blackburn introduced KOSA and explicitly said its intent is to “protect minors from the transgender in society.” almost 2 dozen GOP attorneys general said they’d like to use it to block internet content on abortion or birth control.

The part that red flags all of this the hardest is that - with that exact wording - they smile and pretend to serve the people. They hate most of the people.
Anytime someone mentions "protecting kids" online, I instantly ignore them and assume the opposite is the proper moral stance. Somehow "protecting kids" always amounts to some fascist bullshit
