Sorry for the late reply. But yes, NASAMS would be very good, something like that to an extent. However, the system has half the range of HAWK. So, ideally, swapping the missile out for something like ESSM would be better. JATM will likely not see surface use due to $ and limited quantities.

I really can't stress how much we need something below Patriot. Ideally, in the medium range, 50-90 km, which has a decent magazine depth and doesn't cost $2.5-3.3M per missile.

...ok, so, horrid idea, but... Common Ultra Family of Vehicles? stuff like Buk is cool ...what if we made the vehicle bigger? more seriously what would be the launch platform for the Enhanced Land Sparrow Missile?
