Super GP hubs was the big one I think? Maybe some gems of good idea? Lots paediatricians would like to see kids in their communities within GP type settings, in office hours. Instead we have PAUs and EDs full of colic, constipation, viral illnesses, and huge waits for routine general paeds OPAs.

Academics can have different research expertise from their clinical practice, academia lets you branch out if you want. Tbf I don't know enough detail about what Darzi has punished over the years to know if that applies to him
