There's a random shot of a 'Pacific Travel' plane crash in the new #Beetlejuice#Beetlejuice trailer. As a fan of the original movie, I wonder if it's in any way linked to the Football team that died in a plane crash from that film?

Absolutely! The black and white images on Michael Spooner's website are really impressive. www.michaelspoonerart.com/talespin

I especially like how St. Canard appears in the Aduckyphobia episode, styled to feel more like backgrounds from the comic and animated versions of 1960s Spider-man. A really fun touch.

I would really love to see the full backgrounds as painted. St. Canard with the Audubon Bay bridge for me it is one of the best fictitious city designs ever created. It looks fantastic from any angle during both day & night scenes. There are so many great views of it across the series.

RIP artist and movie poster designer Dan Goozee. I'll forever associate his name with these two favourite posters, both of which look stunning without text. An immense sense of scale, exciting perspective and production value.

I've recently seen some of the beautiful background art posted from Batman The Animated Series. Although more Maurice Noble inspired & caricatured in style, Darkwing Duck also had a lot of striking, high contrast backgrounds. I would love to see an Art Of book for it & other Disney Afternoon shows.

Delightful and deservedly Oscar nominated score by Laura Karpman, with beautiful, bittersweet jazz. Additionally, this track, used to score a kind of brief film within the film, is so haunting, and could hold up a real classic thriller. www.youtube.com/watch?v=INk5...

Late to American Fiction. An irresistible, Frasier-like lead performance by Jeffrey Wright, & all round great casting. An equally fun and reflective story about the need to be true to ourselves. Alternates between heart ripping and witty, with some playful, tonal changes.
