What’s the control? 4sU spiked? This seems tricky

I'm looking for something computation, doesn't need to be perfect, I want to compute this for pre-existing data. Was hoping for something like junction-spanning reads versus intronic ones, etc. Even ballpark, order of magnitude calculations would be helpful.
