This is essential. In June, I was at the Nat’l Library and Nat’l Archives in Jamaica, the week of the Barbados Archives fire. Amazing staff, *astonishing* collections, but so, so in need of resources. Funding Caribbean archives should be a top priority for any institution “reckoning” with slavery.
