Thank you, it's to show my students how even escapist lit can be examined darn closely from critical analysis

Yes! This is it. Wild that I spent like an hour on Youtube trying to find it, my mind has it classified with Every Frame a Painting videos and David Hines would likely make some money off making that a video essay

We have 13 days left! If you value indie presses and fun science fiction stories about robots, androids, cyborgs, and humans living together, then you need this anthology! Let's make it happen! Pledges start as low as $10 and there are awesome rewards too! kck.st/3Xh4DZm#BlackSky

Help me out? There was a video essay that went viral a while back (or maybe it was a regular essay) about the first few minutes of 1982's Conan The Barbarian examining why Conan is released from being a pit fighter. I was hoping to share it with a class.

I have had more anthologies asking me *not* to reveal the theme or that Iā€™d sold a story to them until they revealed details later and closer to pub day due to this

*grabs megaphone* @catrambo.bsky.social's latest found family living ship space opera just dropped!

The cover of RUMOR HAS IT, by Cat Rambo, depicts a space ship shooting away from a large terrestrial object. The tagline reads "the secret ingredient is intrigue," and the cover blurb from Ann Leckie says the first book in the series was "fun, fantastic and delicious."
