I only scroll Facebook in my browser. I have a new rule: 3 consecutive posts by things I don’t follow or belong to and the window closes. I’m down to about 5 min a day of Facebook. Feels pretty good to recognize there’s nothing there for me anymore because the algo has gone bananas
