I know I’m self isolating because that’s what my brain tells me to do when I feel wounded However I know I have to get used to doing the complete opposite because healing the emotional wounds I have involves other people

I’m also going to journal daily because the fact that I’ve kinda just been sitting here and feeling like this for days isn’t good I have several days off that I took to go do name change stuff so you know, some time to try and feed in some new habits
