I’m in therapy now as a 34 year old adult with cPTSD from all of the abusive partners and people in my life I had which is a direct result of being socially and emotionally stunted and it’s probably gonna take me a while to get through that so like

Just saying, the only thing childhood should be optimized for is being a fucking child.
