Would love the TL;DR on long covid: "Research into the causes of long covid has progressed rapidly and produced numerous hypotheses involving viral persistence or reactivation, immune dysregulation, autonomic dysfunction, endothelial inflammation and immune-thrombosis, and altered gut microbiome"

It's very encouraging to see that participating clinics stopped using graded exercise and switched to pacing instead. Do you think this marks a shift in understanding the difference between PEM and deconditioning?

Thank you. The refocus on pacing is definitely helpful. We need so desperately to progress to some treatment, even trial and error is better than none.
