that's really interesting! does he ever go to any of the drow cities?

He's never been and probably won't. Hasn't left Baldur's Gate and what little he's ventured in the Underdark for his "guildmaster" before the abduction. But he does have family there. At least a half-sister (out of 3) who is alive aside from his father. She's cutthroat, so he's okay not visiting.
