I love making Boulevardiers. Have you tried the Drunken Uncle I showed a few days ago? Smoky/Peaty Scotch, Cynar, and Bianco Vermouth? It's a weird riff, but it works.

What kind of vermouth are you using at home? I've tried Cocchi in my cocktails, but it seems to overwhelm everything. Wondering whether it's the vermouth or my palate.
