It's definitely coming from something related to the evosep tips, as it's not in our Dionex 3K systems. I suspect the IPA and or plastic trough it sits in when we load the tips
Oh.. that's a bummer.. PEG in the system is way worse than PEG in the sample.. Hope you will manage to get rid of itb soon.. but the signal is not that bad here.. I have had e8 PEG signal from those pulldown samples..
