Éleveurs du 15 très satisfaits de l'engraissement des veaux à l'herbe. Ils concilient qualité des produits et qualité de vie au travail. @umrherbivores.bsky.social nous disent qu'on valorise encore mieux l'herbe en mixant 🐂 et 🐑. Restent des difficultés pour la mise en place de la filière.
