From what I’ve seen of US transport infrastructure, it’s a mess. So many cars on such badly designed roads, that the actually necessary cars (like ambulances and fire trucks) can’t get through. The other issue is their driving! The test is just too easy, to get the average idiot into a car…

Other countries have bad drivers too (not surprised to see Turkey so high), the big difference is that Americans drive so much more than everywhere else. It creates more chances to kill each other.
