Before I wound up here on the UP it was more about reducing risk, and I thought it realistic I could find something before dental care became necessary. I was wrong, I've learned my lesson, should have done it. Now it's about having a chance of survival instead of absolutely certain death.
All the above added to the malnutrition and the extremely rural setting, I would be back here sick to death, and completely unable to continue boosting my CF/housing search posts for multiple days, at the worst crunch time. It would be a delayed death sentence and cost ~300 dollars in transit alone.

There's a list. - getting to a city that will have appointments is a multi-day process - most free dental clinics won't be available to outsiders, since they're community focused - for the first few days after surgery I will be extra prone to infection and also extra exhausted. There's more...
