This might sound like I’m joking, but I’m not. Currently the frontend works by proxying calls to the API, and doing goofy cookie rewrite shit. I’m working on making it get a JWT for you on login, exchange that for an OAuth2 token, then encrypt and write that token as the frontend cookie.

Okay so I figured out how I’ll probably be able to use the generated-from-spec client, and ask it will take it a complete refactor of how the frontend authenticates with the backend
