Protein Stability Prediction by Fine-tuning a Protein Language Model on a Mega-scale Dataset www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2023.11.19.567747v1
The stability of a protein is crucial to its utility in industrial applications. While engineering c

(5/7) Systems immunology analysis showed that repertoire features were conserved within individuals when data preprocessing takes into account sequencing chemistries. In addition, Ab-seq allowed for the reconstruction of paired-chain Ig sequences from serum antibodies.
(4/7) We isolated B cells from healthy donors and performed bulk and scBCR-seq. Simultaneously, serum antibodies digested with multiple proteases were analyzed with Ab-seq. Furthermore, we expanded in-house generated datasets by harnessing publicly available data.
(3/7) There is a lack of studies employing all three approaches to comprehensively examine the BCR and antibody repertoire, although their joint analysis is necessary for an in-depth understanding of the adaptive immune system.
(2/7) Currently, bulkBCR-seq offers the highest sampling depth, while scBCR-seq can recover the native pairing of heavy and light chains. Moreover, as the correlation between BCR and antibody abundance is unclear, it is necessary to characterize antibodies on the proteomic level.
Curious about what a blood sample can reveal about humoral immunity? Our latest work combined sequencing methods and mass spectrometry to explore BCR and antibody repertoires and assess their synergistic potential. www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1...
