Definitely raw dicoms. How are they planning to disseminate the information in the dicom header? I can see this (maybe?) working if you were also given the dicom header information along with the defaced nifti. I'm curious how things go.

Question for the neuroimagers out there: Does your center provided you with the raw dicoms after a scan? A policy change is being considering over here where research groups would only be given defaced niftis, not raw dicoms. 1/2

This is a separate but related issue: I was stunned to find some students didnā€™t know how to save or upload a file. Like theyā€™d try to send me a link to their google docs without changing permissions. Which makes sense when you realize how many are working from phones & iPads, but it rattled me.
