This is spot on and much of it also applies to picture books, graphic readers, illustrared chapter books—really any #kidlit format—ESPECIALLY the bit at the bottom in BOLD: “[Please, please, please] leave more room for the lettering/typography.”

I feel bad for not being at #RCCC this year to look at emerging artists’ portfolios- something I’m committed to doing at every con. If I had been there, here’s what I probably would have told you.

Reposts are appreciated and if you know of some friend that could know more stores, please share :) Let's make it grow so artists can browse through the database and find new stores where they can sell their artworks. 🌼
