If you want to do the glow traditionally, I would experiment with white gelly rollers. If you smear them while they’re wet, you can get a similar effect. Otherwise, use a white pastel pencil or charcoal pencil! (2/2) #Destiny2

Thank you sm for the tips! I can def visualize how the digital is done based on your desc tho traditional is gonna take a lot of experiments for sure, and I'll have to check out those pencils/gelly rollers myself
