Oh, totally. Pretty sure I died very hard until I was extra dead. If I remember correctly, the time I had to use the cutter involved an unfortunately timed autosave. Because that's where the save was (like, AS the thing attacked) I kind of had to figure it out and survive or revert WAY back.
