I’m pretty sure mine got the kick after the sender called them to ask why they weren’t able to find a normal flat on a residential street. I’m sorry that it happened with a birthday present though, that’s rough.

I got deliveries from DHL and DHL express in the last couple of weeks. DHL from Sussex failed to find my address four times and then delivered an air fryer which had definitely been kicked. DHL express delivered a parcel from China into my hands in three days. I don’t understand how DHL is so poor.

Stick some dorn yellow in it.

It’s a shame because the figure itself *rules*. I think I’d just buy from a UK stockist in future.

Coincidentally my first Joytoy arrived today and *oof*. The knee decal is upside down (I think the whole part is upside down?) and two of the jump pack vents have snapped off in transit. Went to contact customer service and they say “our policy lasts 30 days for replacement”. I ordered 29 days ago.

Fucks sake mate. I got a “reply within two weeks or you’re off the list” letter in a text a few months back. Awful.
